Welcome to SHS SUSTAINABLE HOME SOLUTIONS LLC. By accessing or using our website, our mobile application HomeKeep Calendar (package com.homekeep.calendar), or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent, and that you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. HomeKeep Calendar
HomeKeep Calendar is a personal tool for tracking recurring home maintenance tasks (such as HVAC filters, smoke alarms, and dryer vents). In V1.0 the App is offline-first, does not require an account, and stores data locally on your device.
- The App does not replace licensed inspections, certified HVAC/electrical/safety inspections, or official warranty service.
- V1.0 has no contractor marketplace, service booking, or IoT integrations.
- Interval defaults are suggestions — you are responsible for adjusting them for your home and equipment.
- V1.0 has no ads and no in-app purchases. Material changes to data practices will be reflected in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for backing up data you wish to keep (CSV/JSON export) and for clearing or uninstalling the App when you want local data removed.
3. Use of Our Services
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Engage in fraudulent activities, including unauthorized use of payment methods
- Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our services without written permission
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
4. Account Registration
When you create an account on our website or store (if offered), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. HomeKeep Calendar V1.0 does not require an account.
5. Products and Pricing
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change without notice.
6. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payment must be received before orders are processed and shipped.
7. Shipping Information
We offer shipping to multiple countries and regions. Available destinations, shipping times, and costs vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–14 business days; expedited options may be available at checkout where supported.
- International Orders: Cross-border delivery times vary by region, typically 10–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees where applicable.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your package is lost or arrives damaged.
8. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Return Window: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, opened hygiene products, and final sale items cannot be returned.
- Return Process: Contact us at PAGE@shssustainablehome.site to initiate a return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Defective Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

All content on our website and in the App — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of SHS SUSTAINABLE HOME SOLUTIONS LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Our services, products, and the App are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. THE APP DOES NOT REPLACE PROFESSIONAL OR LICENSED HOME INSPECTIONS.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHS SUSTAINABLE HOME SOLUTIONS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, products, or App. Our total liability for product claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. For App-related claims, our total liability shall not exceed USD $50, except where prohibited by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHS SUSTAINABLE HOME SOLUTIONS LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services or App.

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which includes specific practices for HomeKeep Calendar V1.0.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
